Home Detox
The detox diet is a 5-day meal plan, from Tuesday to Saturday, in order to eliminate the toxins accumulated by poor digestion.
This week the food goes daily to your home the day before, so you can eat it the next day.
The diet excludes all types of animal protein, however it is rich in vegetable proteins and complex carbohydrates and they are nutritionally balanced to bring satiety and tissue nutrition, but very easy to digest.
Facilitating digestion will make it possible for you to digest the toxins that are accumulated in your body, and excreted by sweat, urine and feces, also regulating your digestive capacity, which will be observed and stimulated by you with a simple guidance from me.
At the end of the meal plan, without the consumption of any industrialized food, sugar and alcohol, the indication is that you continue with a more balanced diet, since everything that is consumed will be better absorbed by your body.
